As an alumna of the University of Minnesota-Duluth, I hold a degree in Healthcare Management with a minor in Long Term Care and Journalism. Currently, I serve as the Business Office Manager at the Estates of Bloomington, part of Monarch Healthcare Management. Additionally, I am undertaking my nursing home practicum in preparation for the HSE exam to become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).This background showcases a transition from Healthcare Management to the pursuit of LNHA licensure, indicating a significant career advancement.
