In June of 2017, Hicks was named the Business Services Director for the Four Rivers Nuclear Partnership, which was awarded a 10-year follow-on contract to advance cleanup at the U.S. Department of Energy Paducah Site. As business director, Hicks manages all of the project’s procurement, payroll, accounts payable, records, IT, communications and human resources. Hicks serves on the Paducah Chamber of Commerce board and serves as Chairman of the Business Advocacy Committee, where he works with Chamber members to advance pro-business causes in Frankfort, Ky., and Washington, D.C. He also serves on the Paducah Economic Development board, working with area leaders to encourage new economic growth.
