Dual-hatted geographically separated unit Director of Operations and Chief, Canadian Air Defense A7 Branch; directed USAF and RCAF personnel and maintained Canadian Air Defense Mission Crew Commander qualification. Provided tactical direction to bi-national forces assigned to execute 24/7 Operation Noble Eagle and national sovereignty mission. Responsible to the Canadian Air Defense Commander for sector requirements, data link management and operations, and Wing exercise development and execution. Managed unit support operations for isolated US community; post office, medical clinic, family support, and promotion testing.

Supervised operations for 364 military and 14 civilian personnel performing the programming, planning, scheduling, and execution of a 10K flying hour program for 27 USAF E-3 AWACS aircraft. Directed operations requirements, tactics, intelligence, communications security, flight management, life support, SERE, and contracts for the E-3 AWACS weapons system. Managed aircrew training programs for 5 flying and 1 training unit; responsible for 3 vaults, 1,073 weapons, and 20 vehicles. Assisted, advised, and acted as the Squadron Director of Operations in his/her absence. Ran Group 24 hour operations center while maintaining mission-ready status as an E-3 Instructor Senior Director.
