I worked as an operator in Evonik Mobile's Utilities/Environmental unit. We operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year supplying steam, air, cooled and chilled water, and other different products as a base for operating many other processes. As an operator, I perform prescribed diverse duties to control, monitor and operate process equipment and plant processes for an individual plant. Includes sampling, field operation, process safety, personal safety, environmental compliance and product quality.•Monitor assigned area continuously for proper equipment operation and product quality.•Perform prescribed plant checks during the shift to insure propel operation.•Monitor equipment and report any leaks, malfunctions, or unusual noises, or other problems.•Operate various pieces of equipment used in the processing of a product.•Perform prescribed cleaning procedures.•Complete production and environmental records as required.
