My journey to become a golf ball engineer began in high school. In an entry level CAD class, I was tasked with modeling and 3D printing an object of my choice. I immediately chose a golf ball due to my passion for the sport. At the time, I dreamed what it would be like to be an engineer in the golf industry. After graduating college, I sought to make my dream a reality. Applying to multiple golf related engineering positions, I landed a role as a process engineer in Callaway R&D. Tasked with improving the process and equipment for the next generation of golf balls has been a challenging and rewarding journey thusfar. I have expanded my skill set to become knowledgable about a variety of complicated mechanical and chemical processes. I pride myself in being a lifelong learner, and know that the Callaway R&D department is a place where I can explore my curiosities through chemical and mechanical innovations.I look forward to continuously contributing and learning from the great team around me as we push the industry forward.

All throughout my childhood, video games were present. I thoroughly enjoyed them as experiences for immersion and bonding. As I grew up, I had less and less time for them. Once I got to college, they were almost non existent in my life. As I transitioned into adulthood, I spent a great deal of time reflecting on what impact I wanted to have on the world. I was firmly sold on the mission to promote critical thought and presence in the lives of others, but was perplexed on how what vehicle could deliver upon my vision. As I reflected on what instilled critical thought and presence within myself, I realized that video games can become one of the best vehicles for change. They are ever present in our digital world and deliver enjoyment to millions of people. After being recruited by my close friend from high school to be on this team, I have experienced immense personal growth. I have learned new skills and sunk my teeth into an industry I have only had experience in as a consumer. I believe that it has brought me one step closer to living out my mission, and I hope the end product delivers as much enjoyment to our users as it has to the team while we have been making it.

I started this journey to develop the most relevant and practical self improvement knowledge available on the internet. Throughout my life, I realized that the path to success is best achieved through the creation and implementation of a system. The issue is, no one gives you a handbook that lays out this system! As someone who has always strived to achieve success in my personal and professional life, I began to develop my own theories. As time marched on, I quickly realized that I had the ability to deliver my knowledge in a concise manner to provide more results in less time to others who are seeking knowledge on goal setting and achievement. In essence, I hope to inspire others to express a better version of themselves through the adoption of engineering principles. I started my professional journey in the automotive industry. Growing up in Metro Detroit, the primary market is automotive. Through my childhood, I lacked interest in cars and was therefore fearful of finding meaningful work. Through my exploration of the industry, I discovered crash safety. At the time, I believed this subset of automative would be the my best opportunity to give back to the world and engage my engineering mind in a complex problem. I thoroughly enjoyed the challenges faced through analyzing force deflection curves on crash dummy testing and learning all the preparation required to get a vehicle ready for a crash test. My internships opened my eyes to the importance of vehicle safety and gave me a great deal of respect for all of those who play a part in keeping our vehicles safe. I am forever grateful to the Stellantis team I worked with for mentoring me through my college internships and providing me this unique perspective on a mechanical system we all interact with daily. Although I have since transitioned out of automotive, I am proud that I was able to contribute to the safety of the next generation of Stellantis vehicles.
