Working alongside many different internal business partners to produce and deliver engaging learning and development opportunities via on-demand, virtual, and in person settings. Also, helped implement, promote and produce a monthly series for associates to educate others on issues they face and/or are passionate about regarding DE&I and environmental consciousness. This allowed a holistic learning approach to issues that impact associates within and outside of the workplace, creating a safe space to discuss complex topics. Furthermore, I designed, implemented and evaluated several leadership programs for associates to help them grow in their ability to lead (whether formally or informally) and positively impact their teams and the enterprise as a whole through the lenses of strategy and servant-leadership.

I work with other units/departments to put together a cohesive and informative, cohort-based on boarding program for new Ops associates. I also produce multi-modal instructional strategies for new processes/procedures that involve audio, video, and written steps to help ensure all associates are successful within their daily jobs and tasks.

I aided a team of educators in restructuring social studies curriculum to better fit the needs of 21st century learners. I also constructed, delivered, and self-assessed lessons given to a diverse learning population to produce the best possible student outcomes.

At the present time I am teaching a largely “at risk” and immigrant population at Focus North High School. This school is designed to fit the needs of students who haven’t been successful in the traditional school system or hope to succeed in an environment with smaller class sizes with more one-on-one attention. I have had the pleasure of teaching both traditional classes to students as well as designing web-based curriculum for students to work independently on. I have constructed curriculum and taught World History, U.S. History, Government, and Economics. Furthermore, I have worked extensively with both our special education teachers and our ESL program directors to construct and implement instruction that focuses on improving student literacy and problem-solving abilities.

I worked over the summer utilizing a STEM-based curriculum to educate a diverse group of 7th grade students in a lower income area of Columbus, OH. I was able to work with a team to implement these lessons in an interesting, differentiated manner.

I was in charge of monetary dispersion to customers as well as customer service requests.
