As the Mechanical Project Manager & Estimator for Arcadian Projects Inc., I conduct pre-project assessments to define projects that fit in Arcadian’s risk profile and act as a lead representative for design-build and bid spec project models. I am responsible for developing accurate labour and material quantity take-offs, fixture counts and equipment specifications, and manage the project tender process including the communication, evaluation and recommendation of subcontractors. I act as the customer liaison for service and installation projects and am responsible for hiring and managing the dispatch service technician team.
