Manage a team of twenty individuals that are responsible to evaluate and process all applications and academic records of prospective and returning students. Responsible for developing procedures and processes for the handling of documents and records that uphold the University’s accreditation standards. Coordinate with various academic departments across the University to ensure updates to admissions or accreditation policies are implemented across all student accounts and records. Provide direct support to Call Center operations.

Mange department budgets by providing continual and informed analysis of data relative to budget, call center operations, marketing, recruiting and retention efforts. Provided monthly and quarterly assessment and forecast of financial goals and performance. Provide strategic planning and forecasting for departments in regards to spending, capacity efforts, and staffing. Inventory management and tracking of direct and indirect cost for department. Contribute to other special products as needed.

Assisted prospective customers, resolving any issues, and stepping them through the application and registration process. Provided detailed information and assistance in areas such as program fit, admissions requirements, financial aid processes, transfer guidelines, and licensure and military related issues. Prepared documentation and reports on routine customer contact for use in management decision making.

Scheduled and provided campus tours, as well as provided follow-up services to prospective customers. Organized and participated in organization events such as high school visits, college fairs, walking tours, and one-one-one visits with customers. Provided a positive first impression of the University by maintaining professional decorum in all atmospheres when communicating with customers.

Processed requests for motor transport, verifying authorization and logistics details. Managed all aspects of loading and unloading of personnel and equipment being transported. Dispatched vehicles and gathered and verified all information in vehicle logbooks as well as compiled time, mileage, and load data for each vehicle.

Managed all aspects of warehouse organization. Conducted a weekly inventory of stock items, providing information management through ensuring proper reporting and documentation, as well as file maintenance. Managed the shipment of inventory to 12 store locations, ensuring they were properly supplied according to their procurement requests.
