Responsible for developing procedures and processes for the handling of documents and records that uphold the University’s accreditation standards. Provided detailed information and assistance in areas such as program fit, admissions requirements, financial aid processes, transfer guidelines, and licensure and military related issues. Scheduled and provided campus tours, as well as provided follow-up services to prospective customers. Organized and participated in organization events such as high school visits, college fairs, walking tours, and one-one-one visits with customers. Martinsville, Va

Processed requests for motor transport, verifying authorization and logistics details. Managed all aspects of loading and unloading of personnel and equipment being transported. Dispatched vehicles and gathered and verified all information in vehicle logbooks as well as compiled time, mileage, and load data for each vehicle.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

Managed all aspects of warehouse organization. Conducted a weekly inventory of stock items, providing information management through ensuring proper reporting and documentation, as well as file maintenance. Managed the shipment of inventory to 12 store locations, ensuring they were properly supplied according to their procurement requests.
