Recruited, hired, and managed one of PTP’s largest and most effective teams of 24 Field Representatives responsible for implementing and reaching our targeted field universe.Utilized Icims and HireView hiring software to perform extensive vetting, interviewing, and hiring of top candidates from 84 serious applicants. Managed a voter universe of 55,583 voters across four counties in Western Michigan.Organized 173,000 doors knocked and 12,308 voters canvassed in the months of June & July.Delivered wins in two targeted counties, including the primary target of Kent, where Biden won by 21,435 votes, going blue for only the second time in 50 years, securing a win in Michigan.

Managed organization and political operations across 42 counties in Southern Indiana. Developed social media and outreach efforts to promote community involvement in labor efforts. Coordinated Path to Power labor candidate program in my region, electing six members to office.Represented council membership at local, state, and national assemblies and strategic meetings. Organized the establishment of a new central labor council with six new affiliated unions.
