The primary responsibilities of Service Issue Resolution representative included researching simple to complex scenarios and handling highly escalated situations.  Acted as a liaison between annuity operations and agents and clients.  Coordinated corrections through core processing units, and communicate the resolution to our customers. Also drafted correspondences regarding contract history and corrections that have been processed.
