Serve as Aegis Display Systems Logistics Manager for Fleet Modernization projects and Commercial-Off-the Shelf (COTS) product selection and COTS Technical Refresh (TR) and Technology Insertion (TI) programs. Serve as technical logistics lead for PHD NSWC in the areas of initial engineering and logistics products for both current and advanced baseline development of Aegis Computing Equipment.

Assigned to IWS 1.0 as Aegis Combat System TI Representative representing NSWC PHD for a duration of 4 months (January – May 2017). Provide engineering, technical and program management support to the PEO IWS 1TI PAPM on TI projects to ensure that all events associated with the acquisition and modernization of the AEGIS Combat System and AEGIS Weapon System, in conjunction with the TI plans, are fully coordinated and integrated to meet program requirements. Ensure that TI design, integration, and sustainment concerns are identified, plans are developed, and all lifecycle support and maintenance issues are addressed in future TI for AEGIS Weapon System (AWS). Interface with requisite PAPMs to ensure maintenance and sustainment requirements are engineered into AWS hardware solutions during the entire acquisition cycle.

Led the Customer Support Branch as project manager and coordinator. Support included monitoring, maintaining and developing new processes and applications for Combat Systems Engineering Support within the Air Dominance Information Management System (ADIMS) umbrella environment. Services performed include researching, documenting and reporting classified data spills within the Air Dominance Department, technical support for software and system testing and certification within the NMCI network, NMCI database maintenance and oversight of department Certification and Accreditation packages. Concurrently performed full time direct support tasks related to standing up Common Display System/ Common Processing System (CDS/CPS) and AN/UYQ-70 ISEA structure in A41 Branch. Worked with Team Leads to support the Technical Program Manager (TPM) and Branch Manager in producing: Engineering, Logistics, Configuration Management /Data Management (CM/DM), and Reliability Maintainability and Availability (RM&A) documents and programs for Aegis new technology initiatives and maintaining the current fleet baselines. Researched and developed new technologies related to Aegis Weapon System (AWS) equipment (displays, storage, computers, etc.) for Technical Insertion (TI) and Technical Refresh. Collaborate with engineers and software developers to support design and review of Innovation Requirements which will be used in Technical Insertion (TI) 16 and TI 20. Collect input from team members, compile technical reports, and determine requirements for branch support. Support Host interface requirements and produce related reports. Provide Hardware Engineering Review Board (HERB) coordination and management services including planning, scheduling, tracking attendance, taking minutes, providing follow up communications and performing general meeting operational support.

Directly responsible for implementing Preventative Maintenance Program for Non-Woven Textile line and machinery. managed daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly Maintenance requirements. Provided leadership and electrical and electronic troubleshooting expertise to a maintenance branch consisting of 4 mechanics, 3 electricians, and 17 laborers. Managed $300K in repairable and projects budget. Planned and executed six projects saving the company over $240K and reducing down time by 28%. Achieved quality and process improvement that was previously thought to be unattainable. As Safety Manager, conducted monthly safety meetings leading to no loss time accidents and only one OSHA reportable incident.

Led nine sailors for Ships Self Defense System MK2 Mod1 work center. Acted as ships force point of contact during Installation and Checkout (INCO) during Planned Intermediate Availability (PIA)in Summer of 06, coordinated and supervised the upgrade of Ships Self Defense System MK2 Mod1 including upgrade of 46 Hewlett Packard 744 processors, 6 Multi-LAU cabinets, 2 Maintenance Control Consoles, and 27 Automated Status Boards. Received and distributed 50,000 dollars worth of Maintenance Assist Modules. Successfully tracked to completion roughly 100 job packages that significantly enhancing ship's computers, cooling, and weapons systems. Led a four man team in replacing type 3 Electronic Cooling Water System for Ships Self Defense System after It was severely damaged during pump refurbishment and flushing effort. Led Ships Force Quality Assurance for Command and Control Table refurbishment as Onsite QA Inspector at Raytheon. Appointed as Weapons System Area Supervisor during all Nato Sea Sparrow and Rolling Air-frame Missile uploads and downloads. As Defensive Weapons Coordinator conducted 35 Detect to Engage scenarios in preparation for Combat Systems Ship Qualification Testing (CSSQT). Successfully completed USS Nimitz's 2007 West Pac Deployment with only one CASREP that was resolved thru distance support and configuration changes.
