While at DecoPac, I have:- Created three digital studios, two photo and one video. Purchased all gear, ie cameras/lights/software/computers/stands/etc. in both the Anoka corporate studios as well as the Bentonville, AR office.- Hired and managed an additional photographer to take over the day to day photo needs allowing me to concentrate on video production as well as RAW photography/AdobeCC training for our photographer in the Bentonville, AR studio.- Created a mobile shooting system for DecoPac’s Quality Testing division to capture product changes in different conditions on cakes and frostings resulting in high quality, consistent imagery for legal documents and corporate communications.- Produced, shot, edited and directed over 145 videos and 35,000 photographs which have been seen by 1.6 million YouTube and 1.9 million FaceBook subscribers on both the B2B and B2C channels, as well as in 5 catalog/print publications.- Implemented a color managed workflow for the Creative dept. which included profiling 35 monitors and implementing an Adobe color workflow on each station resulting in consistent color output by 20 art directors, product development managers and designers.- Become LEAN trained and lead multiple LEAN projects which helped streamline our in-house ordering product process for photo/video shoots and well as sample product ordering by marketing/customer service depts.

December 2009 - July 2013Multimedia Producer/DesignerMy role as Multimedia Producer/Designer allows me to be involved in all video/photography aspects of my work. I produce,direct,shoot,edit and do voice over recordings on top of helping in the writing and creative from the initial kickoff. My passion for directing comes from my Theatre background and my ability to read a script and "see" the video from beginning to end comes from my work in 8 feature films. I also enjoy working with non-professional talent and pulling from them the best reading/performance I can.My video work has taken me to Cancun and Playa Del Carmen in Mexico, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic, Montego Bay and Negril in Jamaica, as well as Great Exhuma in the Bahamas and multiple locations in the US. I love to travel and have developed a very small yet high quality shooting kit that travels well and can bring home the hero shots.While on location shooting video, it is almost impossible for me NOT to take photo's, so I have the ability to shoot high resolution stills that add value to the whole shoot process.- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -October 2000 - December 2009Senior Web Designer- lead the 8 person web design team and was the driving force in the migration to strict CSS and XHTML coding standards to reduce Q.A. time and improve overall website functionality and usability, as well as integration to social media outlets; Facebook,Twitter,YouTube and Flickr.- lead many web projects including the Group Reservations update, MLT Vacations Intranet design, and multimedia needs for MLTUniversity, a yearly three day educational training session attended by over 2500 travel agents from around the country.- through my work and leadership on the web team, in 10 years MLT Vacations grew its online presence and sales on all of its brands from 0 to %75.
