As VP of Content it's my job to coordinate and create content that is compelling and drives fan engagement across all of the NRG and San Francisco Shock social media outlets. It's my job to communicate effectively the needs of the organization with the players to help both sides reach goals that are mutually beneficial. It's my goal to both increase the popularity of the NRG and SF Shock brands with honesty and showing the fans what we as an organization are all about.

It started as a single gaming podcast among friends called Videogame BANG!, but then grew into a full time love of podcasting. We went from just average gamers to hosts of a successful show that has had the opportunity to be the guests of honor at gaming conventions and interviewing game developers, voice actors, composers, and celebrities. Videogame BANG!, and VGB Studios required me to learn many things: Branding, Marketing, Acquiring Sponsorships, Promotion, Guest Relations, Digital Design, Website Creation, Networking, Podcasting Quality Standards, Scheduling, Management, and more.

● Lead technician in building and overseeing the builds of analog, HD and translator broadcast equipment racks that includes: installation, programming, and IP configuration of audio processors, modulation monitors, EAS receivers, satellite receivers, off air receivers, remote control monitoring equipment, professional audio servers and transmitters● Ensure equipment and systems leaving headquarters are in compliance with the FCC rules and regulations, using test equipment that includes: Agilent FieldFox Spectrum Analyzers, Frequency Counters and Digital Multimeters● Manage and schedule major radio station equipment upgrade projects across the entire network, currently over 700 signals. Upgrades have included integration of Audemat RDS Encoders, Bird Watt Power Meters, and Audemat Relio Remote Control Monitoring systems● Provide training and top tier support for fellow broadcast technicians and field engineers in troubleshooting and programming broadcast equipment. Equipment support provided includes but is not limited to Crown and Nautel transmitters, Orban and Omnia audio processors, Day Sequerra RDS encoders and modulation monitors, Wegener satellite receivers and iPump audio servers, Audemat Relio and Burk remote control systems, Sage digital ENDECs, Sensaphone Web600 tower light monitoring systems, Airsis LEO and Bird Watt Power Meters

● Performed FCC RF proof of performance compliance testing on medium-low powered Crown and Nautel transmitters● Tuned and installed RF band pass filters to eliminate intermodulation detected while performing RF proof of performance testing● Repointed and aligned satellite dishes● Tuned transmit antenna to new frequencies ● Component level troubleshooting and repair of medium-low powered Crown and Nautel transmitters● Built analog and HD equipment racks that controlled and supplied audio programming to FM Transmitters including installation and programming of Audio Processors, Modulation Monitors, EAS receivers, Satellite Receivers, Off air receivers, and local network routers to interconnect the equipment rack via two-way satellite link

● Performed remote control troubleshooting and repair of transmitters and studio rack equipment for over 700 stations across the country using IP Telnet, Wegener Compel Satellite Service, LEO Airsis, Audemat Relio and Burk remote control systems ● Manually recorded and verified transmitter station logs on a daily basis● Filed and maintained logs for Notice to Airmen (NoTAM) notifications with the FAA● Remotely calibrated and tested functionality of station equipment with field engineers
