I work with a team of professionals to find talented appraisers in needed areas and help bring them into the fold of SCA. I am primarily responsible for ensuring that an appraiser is set up and familiar with the systems we use in our day-to-day activities.

Responsible for maintaining electronic equipment on-site as well as remotely, while handling all incoming assignments and dispatching them to the appropriate appraisal resource.

Assisted in managing the largest operation the company ever experienced. My responsibilities included; management of time tables for repairs, dealing with any customer concerns or complaints, management of roughly 12 different technicians at any given time, dealings with multiple body shops, care and organization of customer vehicles, in addition to any other task that needed doing (ie shuttling customers, keeping facilities clean, etc.).

Worked heavily with customers both face to face as well as over the phone. While performing mostly diagnostic and troubleshooting services on a variety of systems and other electronic devices. As well as providing sales advice and any assistance possible to any and all customers.
