Managed the Business Development Team responsible for all of the upfront client interactions including initial contact, writing proposals/work orders, and gaining signatures from the clients for all work to be accomplished on multi-million dollar sportfishing boats and motor yachts.

Managed the day to day activities including scheduling, logistics, and meetings for the successful service work on multi-million dollar yachts ranging from 60 feet to over 300 feet.

Provided consulting to multiple architecture firms and sub-contractors to implement a successful BIM program including holding online and in person meetings, onsite consultation, and hands on design using Revit or chosen program.

Created and manage the entire Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) department within Mortenson Constructions Federal Contracting Group. This includes a variety of activities such as the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM), field team interaction, bid proposal initiatives, management of the design teams including architecture firms, sub-contractors, and business development.

Contributing member of various Integrated Product Modeling Teams tasked with the effective interface, exchange and overlapping design of multi-billion dollar surface ship and submarine components for the Department of the Navy, the Department of Defense, and the United States Government. Gained personal proficiency in the intricacies of compliance with stringent regulatory and cost control guidelines

Examined and personally ensured the integrity, consistency, and interference-free design of all work products produced by 30+ designers on the design floor.

Upon graduation, recruited to a major Defense Contractor in process of designing the AEGIS Class Destroyer for the U.S. Navy. Advanced rapidly through the design ranks to serve as formal liaison and technical representative for Gibbs & Cox tasked with performing drawing validation audits of complex electrical designs
