As the IT Manager at Intermountain Packing, LLC, I lead the IT operations and support the company's technology needs. I have an HDI certification and a strong background in computer hardware repair and installation. I am responsible for managing the IT budget, overseeing the hardware and software installation and maintenance, and providing technical support and training to the staff and clients. I am also passionate about process improvement and have implemented several initiatives to increase the efficiency, security, and reliability of the IT systems and services, resulting in reduced costs, improved customer satisfaction, and enhanced performance. I am currently pursuing a BBA degree at Franklin University, where I am learning the fundamentals of business administration and management.
