Cory grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and later attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After obtaining a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering, Cory commissioned as an officer in the U.S. Navy. Most notably, Cory managed the Rescue and Aviation systems for operations onboard the Navy's ZUMWALT class destroyer and later taught in a classroom setting as a warfare tactics instructor. Recently, Cory completed required coursework for his MBA.
