I mainly focus on generating leads for my sales team to follow-up with through marketing events, webinars, sponsorships, etc. Over 150 wins from marketing generating more than $27 million in revenue. - Marketing strategy. Marketing at Carahsoft means becoming an extension of each respective vendor marketing team. The goal of our teams is to understand the goals, needs, and desires of all 10 of the vendor partners under my direction and amplify the marketing efforts for their organizations as well as advise.- Event planning and execution. I am in charge of planning, managing, and executing webinars and on-site event presences driving about 7500 registrants and about 4000 attendees over the life of my career at Carahsoft.- Leading one direct report towards success by planning and managing their growth, performing monthly check-in discussions & reviews, and managing their day-to-day workload. - Managing email marketing campaigns for my vendors, driving over 35,000 opens and 2,500 clicks. - Managing vendor website presences. Ensuring that resources, graphics, and content are up-to-date. Collaborating with other team on SEO. Strategizing the structure and layout of their website presence from a marketing perspective based on their current offerings. - Project management. As of 2022 - Planned and executed over 50 individual marketing campaigns which resulted in over $5.7 million in marketing wins tied back to my marketing efforts specifically. - Written and sent over 250 a/b tested emails.- Collaborated with industry partners to carry out the marketing and execution of over 30 webinars marketed to Federal, State, Local, and Education cybersecurity & IT executives & professionals bringing in over 1200 unique registrants- Managed vendor presence at over 10 tradeshows and in-person events, which includes the on-site management of a handful of those events. - Overhauled vendor microsite to increase SEO optimization which resulted in unique pageviews increasing by over 215% and average time-on-page increasing by 8.6%.
