I am the Server Admin Specialist (SCCM Guy) at Norton Healthcare Kentucky and Southern Indiana’s leading health care provider. In this role I lead the company’s SCCM Architecture, Design, Strategy, and Support.Before joining Norton Healthcare, I worked at Masterbrand Cabinets, Inc. where I lead the company’s Desktop Infrastructure and Strategy while being responsible for Designing, Implementing and supporting new technologies. I worked with Tier 1/2/3 Support on support issues and provided technical documentation and technical training. Before joining Masterbrand Cabinets, Inc., I worked for The AME Group where I started learning the process of quotes and proposal along with working with Senior Engineers on Technology solutions for many customers. I also completed many website for The AME Group customers and was then promoted to Service Technician where I worked with many different technologies and companies on a daily basis. Before working at The AME Group, I worked at Staples, Inc. where I learned provide customer service, and I enjoyed this position because of the people interaction.I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other “Geeks”. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favorite part of my IT Career is working with people and helping others to learn as well.I have an Associate’s Degree from Oakland City University and 12+ Years in Information Technology world.
