Inside Sales NOV | Process and Flow TechnologiesResponsibilities include all inside sales activities for municipal, industrial and commercial markets ($8 million annual sales). All inbound sales accounts for the Process and Flow Technologies branch is currently managed by a two-person sales team with a core customer base of up to 50 accounts. Duties include: managing inbound sales accounts, calculating vendor quotes, and maintaining daily interactions with clients. Participate in routine sales group meetings which focus on targets and forecasts, and report on current market situation. Provide direct support to the sales manager in the ongoing development of existing and prospective customers to ensure that the department is able to meet its growth targets. Work closely with purchasing, shipping, and accounting departments and partner effectively with the outside sales team to drive territory coverage and maintain positive distributor relationships.

Serve customers by providing product and service information and resolving all complications. Receive, edit, and process incoming customer telephone, email, and fax orders in a timely manner. Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer and document interactions through contact tracking. Handle issues in the best interest of both customer and company. Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.
