The primary purpose of this role is to develop strategies and lead the global sales team to develop business from the Entertainment sector in support of Lifestyle, Luxury and Premium Accor brands with business opportunities across all market segments. A key focus will also be driving further executive & suite-level business to our properties & growing the overall contribution of Entertainment to our Company.

Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area

Create, implement and optimize sales resources, such as selling tools and incentive programs, for the Global Sales Organization in an enablement-focused role. Directly manage a remote team based across North America. Lead sales-specific business intelligence, IT and process creation/optimization. Strategize with each Regional VP, Segment Lead and hotel-side Sales & Marketing Director to drive performance. Align sales territories for Global Sales, Inside Sales & Hotel Sales through redeploying sales personnel to achieve segment growth. Assisted in merging AccorHotels and FHRI processes through the Sales Integration Team. Currently, leading the global sales integration of SBE and Accor including sales & distribution functions.

Greater New York City Area

Led a Global Sales Team to deliver revenue growth from Consortia, Retail Agency, Tour/Wholesale and Luxury Sales segments.
