Currently leading a team of 5 people in two locations, Livonia, MI and Omaha, NE, that cover facility maintenance (within a tenant leased space), mail room operations, housekeeping and other general services. Primary focus is on in-sourcing work, reducing cost and building maintenance and operational efficiency.

Led a team of (193) employees who managed operations and facility maintenance for over 11 million square feet across 30+ buildings including R&D, Design & Development Facilities and Data Centers. Oversaw (2) P&L Profit Centers in excess of $14 million dollars. Drove profitability and lowered client cost by converting outsourced work back to in house labor and established a 24 hour / 7 day schedule to lower overtime need and use by over 65%. Continuously improved standardized work leading to an increase in job efficiency and eliminating waste in the system.

Developed, implemented and executed a plan that transitioned a UAW represented labor force from General Motor's employees to Aramark employees. Consulted and assisted General Motor's on the re-deployment of their facility skilled trades to strategic development parts of the business. Successfully recruited, interviewed and hired (150) employees to fill Skilled Trades and Skilled Trades Assistant positions. Oversaw the entire implementation from conception to implementation, received the Aramark 2017 Rings of Stars Award as a result of the program implementation.

Primary account contact for all high level CMMS related functions, including reporting, change management and analysis. Reviewed, enhanced and created processes, assisting with workflow and work completion, efficiency improvements and KPI Metric compliance. Improved and maintained site wide required to run numbers used for all labor discussions and manpower decisions. Re-organized, documented and implemented changes to the On-Call Housekeeping program, including processes, reporting functions and standards in accordance with all company and UAW requirements.

On-site contact for GM-GTC working within specific site zones, responsible for creating and maintaining 4-week rolling schedules consisting of PM, CM, Help Desk and UAW Project work requests. Scheduled preventative maintenance, job plan and asset creation, route improvement, work order generation and completion, accurate reporting on monthly metrics and process improvements. Estimated, scheduled and requested appropriate overtime for completion of jobs and projects. Ordered parts, scheduled contractors where needed, and led Safety Observation Tours.

On-site contact for GM-Orion Assembly and GM-Pontiac Metal Fabrication facilities. Maximo coordinator for the Facilities Maintenance, Mobile Equipment, Sanitation and Powerhouse Maintenance teams. Administered preventative maintenance scheduling, job plan and asset creation, route improvement, work order generation and completion, accurate reporting on monthly metrics and process improvements.

Tool Management Consultant in charge of delivering proper inventory control, reporting and correction of a manufacturing facilities non-production tooling exceeding over $1 million in value.
