Supporting and managing a team of 50-60 Residential Counselors in collaboration with the leadership team to ensure quality care for adolescents and teens in the Calabrese Youth Center residential program. Conducted and trained others in all aspects of quality Accelerated Freeall (AFF) instruction, freefall videography/photography, freefall and canopy piloting coaching, freefly load organizing, bodyflight coaching in both freefall and wind tunnel environments, and FAA-certificated Senior Parachute Rigger functions.

Taught basic bodyflight skills, group freefall skills, safety principles, applied aerodynamic concepts, atmospheric condition assessment/compensation, and canopy piloting skills to recently cleared-for solo skydiving students. Served as the sole administrator of front desk operations and many aspects of general operations, while also handling the majority of CAD/CAM scanning of dental models, and sometimes the production, refinement, and articulation of dental models when necessary.

Handled all of the lab's 3D model CAD/CAM scanning needs, occasionally assisting with stone model production, trimming, and articulation.

Produced, altered, refined, and articulated 3D models of dentitions used for fabricating fixed and removable dental appliances. Trained staff and assisted across departments to ensure quality production and deadline compliance.
