I am a curious tinkerer and love to solve problems with technology! I currently hold a Master's in Jazz Studies with a focus in Composition. Master's level study in the arts has enabled me to apply deep research techniques with a scrutiny for detail into my work and to take more creative approaches when solving technical problems. Currently, I work for CGI Federal as a Cybersecurity engineer. My day to day includes AWS administration involving security and compliance tooling along with automating DAST and SAST tooling for various frameworks and languages. I am a complete dork when it comes to Linux and open source tools; my coworkers have nicknamed me a "command line junkie" since I take any chance I get to try and work with a new tool for my toolbox. I also am very familiar with container technologies and use them frequently in my day-to-day, especially Docker.
