Current-Manage resources, delegate the workload-Check for completeness and correctness of work orders and documentation-SME of mechanical and electrical commissioning and troubleshooting of ILI tools-Review First Run Results email, TSRs, and check graphs to determine if an issue occurred that would result in a failed run. In the event that an investigation / Root Cause Analysis is required, responsible for handling technical aspect of investigations-Support scheduling of tool shipments to ensure tools arrive with enough time to prep tools by TDAs-Meet with Tool Lead and Project Managers to ensure all projects are on schedule or identify potential concerns-Support site personnel in mechanic and electronic matters and aid in troubleshooting initialization problems or repair tasks-Adapt mechanical components/assemblies and electronic components to given specifications-Check if mechanic assemblies & PU materials on tool are sufficient to successfully complete the planned survey (system check)-Check if electronic components & sensors at the tool are fit to fulfill the ILI job as specified in the work order-Test and verify assembled equipment and devices (system check)-Fill/check release reports-Assess ILI tool and equipment condition and document deviations-Repair identified mechanic and electronic defects and document results
