I inspect each box and the contents for damages, make note of damages, and work with textbook manager to contact publishers for replacements.Responsible for shipping excess textbooks back to publishers at the end of each term. Books are carefully packed to ensure safe, damage-free arrival at publisher.Work on the selling floor assisting customers in locating correct books for their classes. During high-traffic times I run a POS register and assist and train new cashiers.
