Additionally, I mentor and develop supply chain employees to align department goals with overall business objectives.

As IT Project Manager for the SAP S/4 deployment at Chevron, I played a key role in business unit resource planning and analysis throughout the deployment and post go-live phases. I served as a subject matter expert, managed the local deployment plan, tracked and updated project milestones, and developed a comprehensive deployment readiness scorecard. In addition to facilitating cross-functional meetings, I provided guidance on system-related issues, to ensure a smooth and successful deployment.
