In the various roles I've held in my career (Program/Project Manager, QA/SDET Lead, Service Engineer), I consistently strove to stay close to where my passions lie: initiating, managing and delivering end to end software solutions to excite internal and external customers. Be it resolving ambiguity and risk among stakeholders, reducing detection and resolution times, ensuring high quality features and fast UI, building ETL pipelines and reports from customer telemetry, creating custom industry POCs for customers, or automating processes to improve customer onboarding and understanding their service health.To accomplish this, I am a strong advocate of using a growth and learning mindset in tackling challenges and problems to give everyone space to perform and showcase amazing work.
