This role within ALTEN ADC Eastern Europe focuses on the support of Microsoft 365 cloud products administration. Identify and perform the daily operational tasks that are necessary to provide a stable and robust Microsoft 365 company environment, including monitoring, proactive maintenance, and problem resolution.Main points of activity :- Troubleshoot issues and provides technical expertise/technical support- Contributes to activities aimed at strengthening the adoption of M365 solutions and usage by end users- Contributes to relationships with partners and other DSI services and with other departments within the company.- Contributes to major evolution projects for implemented collaborative solutions- Creates documentation and collaborates on innovative, challenging projects- Provides support to end users of M365 solutions- Manage right review and security management
