A RRP PROJECT SPECIALIST is responsible for managing the RRP Special Projects performance, constantly monitoring and analyzing activities, proposing improvement actions in order to increase efficiency and aligning all Project Stakeholders in order to ensure successful outcome. He is also coordinating the Support Team for Front liners in terms of systems, procedures, errors and delivers timely solutions.Main responsibilities: • Special Projects initiation, deployment, monitoring and evaluation, corrective actions implementation• Project Management – aligning all Stakeholders in/out/ up/ down in the Organization;• Liaise with Information Services Team to develop technical solutions in order to increase efficiency in the Field Teams Activity and drive User Acceptance Tests to ensure successful implementation• Act as a consultant for the Field Activation Teams in order to test new and innovative solutions to ensure both quantity & quality in the Field Activation and Consumer Support • Act as Super Admin in Field Force SFA – IQOACH, being responsible for reporting, sales returns, cancellations and positions monitoring; • Prepare and share weekly/monthly performance reports;• Constantly follow up with the external agency on agreed deployment strategy, evaluate the quality of the services, costs monitoring and propose improvements actions; • Support for ensuring data management in line with PMI policies & procedures and GDPR.• Manage a team of 2 for tech support operations• Documenting current updates and briefs for agencies.

- Timely and accurate preparation, consolidation and review of monthly operating expenses accruals;- Timely placement of purchase orders in line with requests received from budget responsible;- Timely and accurate codification of invoices in order to ensure payments to suppliers are made according to contracts terms;- Consolidate, analyze, and monitor operating budgets: liaise with budget owners to collect information, analyze inputs received and ensure alignment with commercial plans;- Assist with the monthly commercial reporting;- Perform ad-hoc financial/commercial analysis.

- Conducted research to obtain contact information, determine valid competitors and initiated contact with strategic partnerships for business development- Developed relationships with third-party vendors including debt collection agencies, legal companies, banks and regulators- Supported the Romanian country manager in developing the customer journey and the technical processes of online financial products- Developed a comprehensive resource leveraging plan for an automated debt collection company in Poland

As a Global Market Developer the main tasks that I had to take were related to facilitating Kreditech enter the Romanian market.I was also involved in helping my team expand their knowledge in how to enter markets such as Brazil and Morocco.
