- Preparing and estimating rental program for vehicles involved in the NVH study, according to the need of developing new technical solutions, but also with the vehicle supplier availability.- Performing dynamic tests (roller bench and track), processing and drawing out technical reports.- Providing technical guidance and direction to technicians in order to realize the instrumentation corresponding to to the specified test procedure.- Maintaining a permanent contact with the parts supplier in relation to the need of changing every damaged component of the vehicle, as a result of the instrumentation performed.

- Plan, conduct and complete NVH performances on vehicle’s driveline. - Perform data acquisition, process and drawing out technical reports.- Solving every problems appeared with every instrumentation in order to respect deadlines of the vehicles tested.- Preparing vehicles for depollution study (ie – mounting pressure captors, thermocouples, identify issues or analizing some parameters through CAN, reproduction of the exhaust line).- Ordering spare parts for every vehicle involved in NVH and Depoll tests and keeping a permanent contact with suppliers.- Scheduling every car for mechanical intervention, in order to align it according to standard.

- Creating and updating documentation for workstations according to the requirements of the client;- Perform process optimization and standardization;- Preparing monthly analysis (e.g. matrix defects, PARETO and PDCA);- Maintaining optimal conditions for work performing on assembly lines;- Design of equipment, tooling and manufacturing process;- Identify and implement manufacturing process improvements (performance, scrap, availability).

- Supporting Production and Engineering and recommending documentation design to ensure proper production flow;- Creating specification sheets, by collecting necessary data, for production and delivery process of required goods;- Performing other duties as requested.
