Responsible for the following tasks:- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.- Job Posting and Advertisement: Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to effectively market open positions and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.- Resume Screening and Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the job requirements. Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.- Interviewing: Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' technical competencies, behavioral skills, and overall fit with the organization's values and culture. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and teams.- Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide regular updates, guidance, and support to candidates to ensure a positive experience.- Offer Management and Negotiation: Facilitate the negotiation and preparation of employment offers, including salary, benefits, and other terms. Collaborate with hiring managers and candidates to reach mutually beneficial agreements.- Onboarding: Support the onboarding process by coordinating new hire paperwork, facilitating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees.- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize ATS software to track candidate progress, maintain accurate records, and generate reports. Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
