Provide solutions to our company’s customers who are using Abacus Suite as their regulatory reporting software. Our main activities entail, but are not limited to:- Pitching Abacus solutions to customers- Implementing deal-by-deal level mapping in an Agile environment for the financial products in scope for the customers EBA ITS reporting needs- Validating reporting workflow and perform issue resolution for the EBA ITS reporting modules of our customers- Keeping the customer up-to-date with the latest changes in taxonomy regulation and EU banking regulation overall

Perform work on concurrent projects with a focus on delivering RegTech solutions for both the european and the local market. Active participation in RegTech activities which entail sales pitches/workshops for different major banks on the local market with the purpose of building a case for the company’s regulatory reporting software.For the customers who are using our reporting software, I make recommendations and validate the reporting approach for multiple reporting areas such as CoRep, FinRep or Liquidity modules on the Romanian market, with an emphasis on the successful delivery of these reports to the relevant authorities. Besides informing the customers over new software releases for the company’s reporting tool, I identify specific test cases to be used in order to confirm over the succesful instalation of new software versions.

Implementing RegTech solutions i.e. Abacus Soultions Suite for an European financial institution within Germany to fulfill Money Market Statistical Reporting (MMSR), AnaCredit reporting needs, as well as various local reports triggered by Brexit.As a prerequisite for the implementation of such reports, among my main activities I have been responsible for writing several change management requests and for reviewing functional documents which represent an essential part in enhancing various data delivery processes.

I worked as an Accounts Payable Analyst within the Merck Account for Genpact. During this period, I have provided support for the Accounts Payable department with respect to invoice issue resolution. Additionally, I created weekly/monthly reports for Merck's top management (both in English and German) and solved supplier issues related to the invoice processing cycle.

I worked as an Assurance Intern at PwC Romania where I developed both technical and soft skills while helping the company to satisfy its clients. I have been part of several teams where, together with my colleagues, I had to prepare and examine financial records for clients from various industries.

As a customer service executive I attended several conference calls on Skype with various suppliers from abroad in order to ensure the good run of the company's operations. Within this internship I have improved my skills regarding Microsoft Office tools.

I have written several academic articles with respect to Geopolitics, Financial Crisis and World Economy.

The POSDRU internship is a programme offered by “The Bucharest University of Economic Studies". The internship took place at VBD Bucharest where I benefited from practical lessons regarding business plan development.
