At Accumed-Glicomed, I had my big chance to move into the Information Security area.During my time at the company, I worked on infrastructure defense strategies, vulnerability management, SIEM, EDR, anti-spam, firewall, backups, phishing campaigns, awareness programs and the creation of technical procedures based on the ISO/IEC 27001 standard.During this period, I carried out projects to mitigate major risks in the environment's infrastructure and conducted executive SOC and Vulnerability Management meetings.

I was responsible for projects involving desktop and laptop image preparation, creating technical procedures and video tutorials to help users efficiently use these resources.In addition, I participated in high availability server preparation projects that involved installing and configuring hardware and software to ensure the best possible performance. I also worked on new operating system homologation projects, specifically for Windows 10, to ensure that user devices were up-to-date and secure.Other activities I carried out during my internship included backup management, ensuring that user data was safe and protected against data loss, and antivirus compliance on devices, ensuring that all company devices were secure and protected against security threats.Overall, this experience was crucial to my professional development, allowing me to work on important IT projects and acquire valuable technical skills for my future career. Additionally, I was able to see firsthand how important IT support is for a large company and how IT infrastructure is fundamental to business success.

My experience as a computer instructor in the program of computer classes for young offenders at the Santo Expedito Educational Centers and the Padre Severino Institute was extremely enriching and transformative. During the months I worked on this project, I was able to develop important skills, such as posture, seriousness, ways of explaining and analogies to better understand the students and, above all, social awareness inside and outside a maximum security prison.During the computer classes, I had to adapt my language and explain concepts clearly and objectively, using analogies and practical examples so that the students could better understand the content. This experience taught me the importance of empathy and patience when teaching, and the need to always be aware of students' different realities.
