I was the president and operations manager of a general construction corporation where I also provided CAD design, prepared specifications, and detailed estimates. Projects included the new construction and renovations of restaurants, office buildings, retail stores, apartment complexes, manufacturing facilities, residential new homes, and residential renovation. I was also responsible for the design and fabrication of custom casework for my customers and architectural clients.I have 15 years Cost Segregation experience as a Cost Segregation Analyst for Cost Seg, LLC in Buffalo, NY where I provided complete documented studies that were both accurate and well documented. I use all the latest technologies such as Bluebeam Revu Cad for digital takeoffs.I am certified as a Truss Design Engineer and as a Kitchen Designer.I am a member of the Construction Specification Institute.
