The idea behind the program was to equip people to become their own best advisor for the challenges they face in business, relationships, and life.As the Lead Instructional Designer, I supported Suzy in bringing her vision to life by translating complex ideas into easy-to-digest formats, including visualisations, relatable stories, interactive exercises, and templates for self-study.

It's the "Space for Conversation" within, brought to life in diverse formats as part of a bespoke experience series. Designed to foster diversity of thinking and inspire positive change through conversation, Florence Guild curates experiences that allow for authentic encounters, unexpected insights, and meaningful transformation.Through local and international premium partners including TEDxSydney, Singularity University and The School of Life, I was able to collaborate with some of the brightest thinkers, artists, entrepreneurs, scientists, and influencers of our time, creating a fertile ground of ideas and possibilities for the Work Club community and beyond.
