CurrentElectrical Specialist, Engineering Electrical Technician, SME, Engineering SupportResponsibilities: • Assisting Facilities or Operations by troubleshooting• Ensuring smooth transition of projects to Facility Services• Performing small CAPEX or OPEX• Perform electrical engineering support technician responsibilities• Compliance with all regulations, requirements, policies, and procedures• Engineering Electrical Standards Development & approval.• Conduct root cause investigations for power outages.• Creating operational SOPs and PMs.• Assisting with FATs/SATs.• Review electrical specifications, drawings, diagrams, code, and commissioning documents.Sr. Electrician/Team LeadResponsibilities: • Repairs and troubleshooting• New installations• Material ordering• Maintain cGMP Compliance standards• Support and assist in maintaining manufacturing equipmentFacilities Resource Planning and Scheduling (FRP)Responsibilities: • Plan and schedule maintenance work • Plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM) work• Create PM Procedures• Order and track material• Maintain FRP database• Maintain cGMP Compliance standards• Support and assist in maintaining manufacturing equipmentSupervisor of Facilities MaintenanceResponsibilities: • Monthly budget review, status and briefs• Supervision/crew organization, guidance and management• Job scheduling/direction and prioritizing• Identifies resources for all work orders• Electrical permit and inspection scheduling• Personnel reviews• Ensure cGMP Compliance standards are maintained• Supervision Maintenance oversees of: Maintenance group Electrical-Refrigeration group Boiler-Powerhouse groupElectrical MaintenanceResponsibilities: • Repairs and troubleshooting• New installations• Material ordering• Maintain cGMP Compliance standards• Support maintaining manufacturing equipment
