This was a short-term contract. I was hired to layout over 700 pages and prepare print ready files for a Culinary Arts University Textbook. I worked closly with the designer, proofreader, and client to ensure a high-quality product.

This is a temporary contract position. I am filling in for an employee who is on maternity leave, My responsibilities include maintaining catalogs for both print and digital versions. Updating and maintaining brochures, flyers, and other sales materials. Create and update logos, brochures, flyers, as needed, while working closely with the Marketing Department.

Designed graphics for museums, zoos, visitor's centers, and trade show displays. Managed and created production-ready files for clients, manufacturers, and vendors. Created presentations for client proposals. Created and managed workflows benefiting company’s efficiency.

Designed and produced catalogs, stationery products and packaging (bookmarks, journals, reading accessories). Assisted Sales and Marketing departments by creating digital or printed samples of products, sell sheets, and other promotional materials. Created bar codes, production-ready pdfs, templates, master graphics, dies, art libraries, font sets, spec mock-ups, and visual specs for final output.

Designed and created production-ready files for K-12 educational materials (textbooks, posters, readers, workbooks, recipe cards, maps, etc.). Maintained project timelines and communicated project status to supervisors. Created over 10,000 pieces of technical art, managed and maintained technical art specs and data base to ensure consistent product quality. Trained and supervised production team members and designers on job-specific programs, specifications, and workflows.
