Communicative.When I do something I do it to the best of my ability, I find no pride in doing a task half-way. At work, in the gym, and doing school work, I never take the easy way out. I believe the best things in life are the ones you work for. For a “Join for $1” marketing campaign last year at Anytime Fitness it was my bosses goal for me to sell 10 new memberships by the end of the month of January. I reached my goal before the 2nd week was over and was able to sell 14 new memberships by handing out flyers, messaging, and calling people. I am a results-oriented person who continually strives for success. By being knowledgeable and passionate about what I do, I was able to influence, train, and encourage a particular client of mine to lose 50 pounds in 3 months. Being able to coach a client through such a dramatic change for the better is what makes the hard work and dedication all worth it for me. Her life has never been the same, she is now in incredible health, comfortable in her skin, and she found a new passion because she trusted me to lead her in the right direction.Communication is key to success, when I am late to work I communicate, when I need time off of work, I communicate, when something good or bad happens that the boss needs to know, I communicate. I have been late to work for weather or car reasons or can't show up because I come down sick but I always ensure my employer knows what is going on at all times because it is the right thing to do. Being a reliable employee is something I value greatly, I strive to be the employee that I myself would be excited to hire.As an undergraduate Management major I understand that businesses need leaders, communicators, and over all, people who deliver results. I will apply my abilities and skills to the workplace to successfully shepherd people to do monumental things.
