I started at imi in June of 1999 as a Concrete Billing Clerk, I am still holding that position today.I have learned to do a lot of different things in my 23 years here. I am in charge of billing customers for their concrete out of 29 concrete plants from Ft Wayne to Ohio. I do the invoicing for all concrete orders daily for Indiana and Ohio. We also mail all of our own invoices and statements from here so we have a postage machine and a folding machine that I can run. I also am in charge of submitting invoices on a portal for a very large home builder that pours concrete in the Ohio area. I also take daily customer calls about account or billing questions, and calls from the plant managers for the plants that I am in charge of. We use a billing system called Command and a database system called Onbase.I have worked with Builders Club, customers acquire points for trips and products for purchasing concrete.I'm sure there is more that I have learned over the years but can't think of it off the top of my head but I am very fortunate to have a good job and have learned so much!!
