In my 15+ years of career, I gained broad exposure in the areas of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing, SSO, ERP integrations, Accounting & Reporting, Budgeting & Tendering and Compliance.Chartered Accountant at age of 21:I qualified as Chartered Accountant in 2004 and started my career as Statutory Auditor in my home town. Certified Public Accountant, AICPA, Colorado State, USA:My strong urge to learn and explore new domains guided me in pursuing CPA from Colorado State in 2008. I appeared in all 4 parts of CPA in 4 weeks time and cleared them with average score of 86.5 and 94 in Financial Accounting & Reporting.Schlumberger:Soon after clearing CPA, I got an opportunity to work as Management Accountant in Schlumberger, based in Saudi Arabia. There after for next 8 years I pursued various roles from Management Accountant to Finance Lead and Operations Controller in various countries in Asia and MENA region. As Finance Controller in Kuwait, I got chance to manage the business units of over USD150M, oversee more than 10 tenders with value ranging from USD 10M to 300M and many more interesting projects. As a Finance Lead in Malaysia, I managed a team of 10+ qualified Accountants providing Management Accounting Services to Business Segments across Middle East region. We as a TEAM also led over 6 Six Sigma projects which were implemented at global level resulting in cost and time savings of multi million US Dollars.Eximius Ventures:Once again my strong urge to become an Entrepreneur, made me say good bye to Schlumberger and set me up on a new challenging journey.
