I’ve been in the natural resources management field since 1987 and have extensive experience working on energy, water, and other natural resource development projects. I specialize in complex project permitting strategy, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and State Environmental Policy Act project compliance, and river/stream permitting and restoration. As a Principal in Burns & McDonnell’s Environmental Division, my primary responsibilities involve building client relationships and managing complex projects. The markets on which I am focused are electric and gas utilities, renewable energy, and oil and gas (upstream and pipelines permitting and compliance).At Burns & McDonnell, we plan, design, permit, construct and manage projects all over the world with one mission in mind: to make our clients successful. My background in project management includes all phases: contract management, project design, permitting strategy, subcontractor coordination, on-the-ground project oversight and more.
