Coordinate engineering services for Medical Center construction and renovation projects and programs to include preparing and evaluating proposed engineering designs, developing performance specifications and assisting in the supervision of project and program activities.

Manage all capital construction projects over $100K in all owned Cisco sites in the US and Canada. Keep up with all data center projects globally and verify all data center projects are built using the same standards for IT and facilities.

Managed all data center construction projects for RTP. Interfaced with the building users for all facility related items. Signed off on all project procedures. Verified all work to Cisco standards. Coordinated all facility work to comply with the Cisco global standards.

Managed all Facility related work including maintenance operations, janitorial, grounds & landscaping, waste removal and electrical costs for all sites outside of the San Jose metro area across the US and Canada. This included owned sites with outsource onsite maintenance personnel as well as lease office space with outsourced maintenance & janitorial subcontracts. Updated the contract specifications, put the contract out for bid, and worked with the contracts & legal teams to get a 5 year contract in place with a new outsource partner covering all the US and Canada outside of the San Jose metro area. Responsible for all budgets, approving invoices and validating electrical costs with local utility companies. Responsible for all invoices and budget variances on a monthly basis.

Operations Engineer supporting the NASA/JSC Mission Control Center and Space Station Control Center with power and cooling. Responsibilities included engineering drawing review, engineering design review and project management for all new construction and maintenance projects. Supported total building shutdowns and quality inspected all new construction and maintenance projects.
