Provided subject matter expertise from operational, financial, and technical areas to drive the design and customization of the Salesforce.com solution. Worked closely with Salesforce.com implementation partner to ensure completeness of system design and led the data conversion project.• Designed and implemented a transaction processing software application for use by Operations, Accounting, Treasury, and Portfolio Management. The application consists of a SQL Server database back-end housed on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and a .NET Windows Forms application client.• Led project to adopt new SEC regulatory filing requirement (Form PF) for Private Fund reporting; advised senior management (CAO, CFO, Chief Compliance Officer) on vendor selection and created process for filing completely and accurately. Continue to oversee the filing process and provide review before each quarterly filing.$160 Billion Bank and Asset Manager• Worked with key management in CFO/Controller organization to review client’s policies and processes related to valuation of assets and liabilities (loans, debt securities, derivatives, and other financial instruments). • Presented written recommendations for improved valuation organizational structure, processes, controls, and governance to CFO and Controller.• Reviewed and updated several key loan and debt security accounting policies including implementation of FSP FAS 115-2/124-2 for other-than-temporary impairment.
