Finance Co-Pilot supporting Purina ONE brand Team.P&L Budgeting, Forecasting, Innovation/Renovation Project Support

Manage day to day account trade budgets, including but not limited to, planning and analyzing trade opportunities for multiple checkbooks totaling $3 Billion in annual sales. Responsible for managing over $650 Million in Trade Dollars annually. Partner with the e-Commerce & Store Retail Sales Team to influence investment decisions through analysis of projected/actual returns on trade dollars. Complete sales forecasts on the monthly, quarterly and yearly plans. Work alongside the Finance Director with managing a portion of the P&L. Lead the Sales Finance team with external audit procedures.Lead a group of Sales Finance Managers & Analysts with a deliverable of Promotional Guidance shared out to Sales Organization for Best Practices for optimal promotional spending with customers.

Perform analysis of funds to ensure spending remains within established budgets. Review and maintain checkbook entries to ensure accuracy of required dates, lead times, and uplifts to enable accurate sales and trade forecasts at a customer, team, and company level.

Performed all duties in the customer order life-cycle. Received/Processed customer orders; processed customer payments and worked closely with customers to ensure on time payment of invoices; researched and cleared customer deductions and repayments regarding invoice discrepancies.
