  • Gained subject matter expertise in Natural Gas Measurement and Ultrasonic Flow Measurement Diagnostics. • Identify measurement problems and estimated the error/cost of issues detected using a variety of data analysis techniques for data cleaning, data processing, linear regression analysis, and data visualization. Reduced lost and unaccounted for gas by ~$40,000 per measurement station per year on average (>$5 Million per year for a single customer). • Oversee the team responsible for providing analysis services, customer service, and technical support. • Automate monthly report creation allowing for significant scale improvements for the report writing process. Achieved 15X improvement in efficiency with increased accuracy (from ~14 days for ~25 ultrasonic meter stations to ~4 days for 120 stations). • Design logic trees for the automated evaluation of diagnostic data to detect issues and estimate errors. Required very close collaboration with software development team to improve issue detection and customer facing automated messaging. • Develop analysis reports with improved language to make results more readily understandable and visually appealing for stakeholders with less experience with measurement diagnostics.• Host monthly WebEx webinars with customers’ measurement teams to review and explain findings, discuss recommendations, and provide ongoing analysis training. • Developed methods to provide meta-analysis of long term operational and financial impact of data analysis services over time.
