My experience as a Director of Account Management, a full-cycle recruiter, in the healthcare & hospitality industry even in retail management have prepared me for the employment I seek today. I am very grateful to have been in a position to help shape people's lives and their futures. I have worked with immigrants who want to work in the USA and we help them get an EB-3 Visa (Green Card) and secure them a permanent job at various Healthcare Facilities. I have worked with New Graduates who are just starting their career. I have been on the Account Management Side of the Business, as I have had experience running a full desk in my first Recruiting Position. In International Recruiting and Placement, I oversaw major decisions that both the candidate and the Healthcare Organization would make in investing in the candidates we would present. In turn, these candidates would travel around the globe, sometimes with their family in order to start their new American Life. My management experience has led me to lead as many as 100+ employees in retail, to a team of 20 as a Director of Account Management. I enjoy meeting and interacting with potential candidates and clients every day. I believe in open, honest communication with the clients I work with to fill their employment needs. I prefer to create lasting, open business relationships with all the client facilities I have the privilege to know. Honesty is the best policy in any industry. As a recruiter, two of the most important facets to me are communication and honesty. With communication comes being available at nearly any time of day and that is how I operate. The second attribute, honesty, is integral to operating successfully. If we cannot be honest with one another then it will be very hard to form a successful business relationship. _________________________________________________________________________________________________I still try to make myself available as much as possible but there are other commitments and blessings in my life that I need to take into account. I endeavor to meet and exceed expectations daily and I strive to be the best at what I do every day. I look forward to each and every day I wake up, for each day is truly a gift! When one looks at life that way, one can get a lot more out of each and every day! And above all this, I am a father and a husband to the best daughter and wife in the world. I love them with all my heart and soul. I am truly blessed to have such a wonderful family.
