Play key role to supervise monitoring and evaluation staff in developing LEAP products (baseline-evaluation, program effectiveness, assessment and design) and evaluation process of more than 16 programs in 13 districts (including 15 special projects).Oversee quality of evaluation design document such as monitoring & evaluation plan, indicator tracking table, detailed implementation plan of multi-projects (Nutrition, HIV/ Aids, Child Protection, Economic Development, Education, Tuberculosis, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene) in +20 program areas are completed, measurable and achievable. Project designated manager to accomplish baseline and evaluation study service. The service is conducted by leading internal resources in using standard baseline – evaluation workflow from developing ToR, technical approval, management approval, bidding consultant, report quality, and workshop to share results. Successfully accomplished in managing more than 30 research studies in 5 provincies (West Kalimantan, Nias, NTT, Sulawesi and Papua) that each survey cost $20.000-$35.000. Work closely with sectoral specialists, local partners and local government to develop guideline in implementing and practicing design, monitoring and evaluation, and sustainability of change (project/ program cycle management).Responsible for national capacity building to mentor and to coach monitoring and evaluation staffs in quality M&E system, indicators measurement, target setting and other related M&E capacities needed in program/ project. Work closely with IT in developing database application in national level to gather information of project/ program achievement as a national monitoring system. Apply analytic method such as: objective analysis (problem and objective tree), stakeholder analysis, program logic, social return of investment, Theory of Change, development tree, most significant story and contribution analysis to develop a comprehensive and participatory design.
