My position at Lovesac was part-time while I was also employed part-time at Lush. Here I quickly learned the demonstration and sales techniques of the company and became one of the top sales associates in the store. I was able to provide excellent service to customers by getting to know them and building relationships with them through check-in calls on their product to ensure customer satisfaction and to promote new sales or add-ons that may interest them. Within my short time there, I was already on a training plan for an Assistant Manager role if one became available. I enjoyed my time at Lovesac and left for full-time employment at Lush.
