With more than 18 years of experience in Investment Banking and BPO Operations, I’ve spent my career focusing on the management of teams, overseeing critical risk functions and driving strategic solutions through internal and external industry-wide initiatives.With a professional background in Middle Office and Back Office Investment Bank operations in various Asset Classes, as well as recurrent exposure to the area of offshoring and outsourcing, in April 2020 I accepted the challenge to move to Portugal and to start working as the Head of Banking Support Activities with the goal of helping the Natixis Hub in Oporto to grow.My professional areas of interest are Seasoned Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Process Migration/Off shoring Leader.
